Shipping policy

At On Y Va Records, we take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. Whether you're ordering vinyl records, apparel, or accessories, we want your experience to be smooth from checkout to delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During new releases, pre-orders, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship both within Canada and internationally.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery estimates:

Canada: 2–8 business days
United States: 6–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Please note that customs processing may cause additional delays for international shipments.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

Packaging

Vinyl records are shipped in sturdy record mailers designed to help protect your purchase during transit. We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged package and product.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
